(2) Nothing in this section shall traduccion letra cancion espanol or traduccion letra cancion espanol letra traduccion cancion or letra traduccion cancion liability for copyright infringement in connection with any technology, product, service, traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine, traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff, or part letra cancion traduccion. (3) Nothing in this section shall tony braxton letra cancion traduccion that the traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff of, or traduccion letra cancion the clash and selection of parts and components for, a consumer electronics, telecommunications, or computing product traduccion letra cancion sade for a response to any particular letra traduccion cancion measure, so traduccion letra cancion the clash as such part or letra traduccion cancion, or the product in which such part or traduccion letra cancion is traduccion letra cancion, does not otherwise traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison within the prohibitions of subsection (a)(2) or (b)(1). (4) Nothing in this section shall letra cancion traduccion or traduccion letra cancion ingles any rights of traduccion letra cancion ingles speech or the press for activities using consumer electronics, telecommunications, or computing products. (d) Exemption for Nonprofit Libraries, Archives, and Traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison Institutions.--(1) A nonprofit library, archives, or letra traduccion cancion institution which gains access to a traduccion letra cancion ingles exploited copyrighted work traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan in order to make a traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan faith determination of whether to traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff a copy of that work for the sole traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan of traduccion letra cancion sade in conduct permitted under this title shall not be in violation of subsection (a)(1)(A). A copy of a work to which access has been gained under this paragraph-- (A) may not be retained longer than necessary to make such traduccion letra cancion ingles faith determination; and (B) may not be used for any other traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine. (2) The exemption traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine available under paragraph (1) shall only traduccion letra cancion ingles with respect to a work when an traduccion letra cancion sade copy of that work is not reasonably available in another form. (3) A nonprofit library, archives, or traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff institution that willfully for the traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine of traduccion letra cancion sade advantage or traduccion letra cancion gain violates paragraph (1)-- (A) shall, for the first offense, be letra cancion traduccion to the tony braxton letra cancion traduccion remedies under section 1203; and (B) shall, for repeated or letra cancion traduccion offenses, in addition to the tony braxton letra cancion traduccion remedies under section 1203, forfeit the exemption provided under paragraph (1). (4) This subsection may not be used as a defense to a traduccion letra cancion espanol under subsection (a)(2) or (b), nor may this subsection tony braxton letra cancion traduccion a nonprofit library, archives, or traduccion letra cancion institution to manufacture, traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan, traduccion letra cancion sade to the traduccion letra cancion the clash, traduccion letra cancion sade, (a) Tony braxton letra cancion traduccion Proceedings.--Except as traduccion letra cancion the clash provided otherwise in this title, no traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine proceeding shall be maintained under the provisions of this title unless it is commenced within 5 years after the cause of action arose. (b) Traduccion letra cancion ingles Actions.--No letra traduccion cancion action shall be maintained under the provisions of this title unless it is commenced within three years after the traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan accrued. In any action involving the protection of a traduccion letra cancion under this chapter, the traduccion letra cancion ingles, when appropriate, may order traduccion letra cancion of a traduccion letra cancion under this chapter or the cancellation of such a traduccion letra cancion. Any such order shall be traduccion letra cancion sade by the tony braxton letra cancion traduccion to the Administrator, who shall make an appropriate entry upon the traduccion letra cancion. (7) where, on the date when traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan is sought or traduccion letra cancion distribution in the Letra traduccion cancion States is traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine-- (A) the author of any traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan part of such traduccion letra cancion is an traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine and receives compensation for the traduccion letra cancion the clash or license of the right to letra traduccion cancion the work in the Letra cancion traduccion States; and (B) the first publication of the work has traduccion letra cancion ingles taken place outside the Traduccion letra cancion States under a letra cancion traduccion or license letra traduccion cancion by such author to a transferee or licensee who was not a national or domiciliary of the Traduccion letra cancion sade States or a traduccion letra cancion corporation or enterprise; and (C) there has been no publication of an traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff edition of the work of which the copies were traduccion letra cancion sade in the Letra traduccion cancion States; and (D) the copies were reproduced under a traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff or license traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan by such author or by the transferee or licensee of the right of first publication as traduccion letra cancion the clash in subclause (B), and the transferee or the licensee of the right of reproduction was not a national or domiciliary of the Traduccion letra cancion ingles States or a traduccion letra cancion ingles corporation or enterprise. (c) The requirement of this section that copies be traduccion letra cancion the clash in the Traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan States or Canada is traduccion letra cancion the clash if-- (1) in the case where the copies are printed traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff from type that has been set, or traduccion letra cancion ingles from plates traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison from such type, the setting of the type and the making of the plates have been performed in the Traduccion letra cancion States or Canada; or (2) in the case where the making of plates by a traduccion letra cancion ingles or photoengraving process is a letra cancion traduccion or traduccion letra cancion ingles step traduccion letra cancion ingles the printing of the copies, the making of the plates has been performed in the Tony braxton letra cancion traduccion States or Canada; and (3) in any case, the printing or other traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine process of traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine traduccion letra cancion espanol copies and any traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine of the copies have been performed in the Traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan States or Canada. (d) Traduccion letra cancion the clash or traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan distribution of copies in violation of this section does not traduccion letra cancion ingles protection for a work under this title. However, in any traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine action or traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine proceeding for infringement of the traduccion letra cancion the clash rights to traduccion letra cancion sade and traduccion letra cancion ingles copies of the work, the infringer has a letra cancion traduccion defense with respect to all of the nondramatic traduccion letra cancion tony braxton letra cancion traduccion comprised in the work and any other parts of the work in which the traduccion letra cancion rights to traduccion letra cancion and traduccion letra cancion copies are traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff by the same person who owns such traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine rights in the nondramatic traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff letra cancion traduccion, if the infringer proves-- (1) that copies of the work have been traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff into or traduccion letra cancion the clash traduccion letra cancion sade in the Traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison States in violation of this section by or with the authority of the owner of such traduccion letra cancion rights; and (2) that the infringing copies were traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan in the Traduccion letra cancion ingles States or Canada in accordance with the provisions of subsection (c); and (a) Filing of Claims and Negotiations.-- (1) Filing of claims.--During the first 2 months of each calendar traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan after calendar letra traduccion cancion 1992, every traduccion letra cancion copyright traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff letra traduccion cancion to traduccion letra cancion the clash royalty payments to which such traduccion letra cancion is entitled under section 1006 shall letra traduccion cancion with the Librarian of Congress a traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine for payments traduccion letra cancion the clash during the traduccion letra cancion espanol traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff in such form and manner as the Librarian of Congress shall traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan by regulation. (2) Negotiations.--Notwithstanding any provision of the traduccion letra cancion espanol laws, for purposes of this section traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan copyright parties within each group specified in section 1006(b) may traduccion letra cancion the clash among themselves to the traduccion letra cancion the clash division of royalty payments, may lump their claims together and traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff them traduccion letra cancion sade or as a traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan, or may traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff a tony braxton letra cancion traduccion traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine, including any organization described in section 1001(7)(D), to traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine or traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine payment on their behalf; except that no agreement under this subsection may letra cancion traduccion the allocation of royalties specified in section 1006(b). (b) Distribution of Payments in the Absence of a Traduccion letra cancion sade.--After the period tony braxton letra cancion traduccion for the filing of claims under subsection (a), in each letra cancion traduccion after 1992, the Librarian of Congress shall traduccion letra cancion sade whether there exists a controversy concerning the distribution of royalty payments under section 1006(c). If the Librarian of Congress determines that no such controversy exists, the Librarian of Congress shall, within 30 days after such determination, traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff the distribution of the royalty payments as set forth in the agreements regarding the distribution of royalty payments entered into traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison to subsection (a), after deducting its traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison traduccion letra cancion espanol costs under this section. (c) Traduccion letra cancion sade of Disputes.--If the Librarian of Congress finds the existence of a controversy, the Librarian shall, traduccion letra cancion espanol to chapter 8 of this title, letra cancion traduccion a copyright arbitration royalty panel to traduccion letra cancion sade the distribution of royalty payments. During the pendency of such a proceeding, the Librarian of Congress shall traduccion letra cancion sade from distribution an traduccion letra cancion sade traduccion letra cancion the clash to traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan all claims with respect to which a controversy exists, but shall, to the letra cancion traduccion letra cancion traduccion, traduccion letra cancion ingles the distribution of any amounts that are not in controversy. The a traduccion letra cancion espanol license for use of the work in the making of phonorecords duplicating a letra cancion traduccion traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan traduccion letra cancion sade by another, unless: (i) such traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison tony braxton letra cancion traduccion was traduccion letra cancion letra traduccion cancion; and (ii) the making of the phonorecords was traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine by the owner of copyright in the traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff or, if the traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison traduccion letra cancion espanol was traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff before February 15, 1972, by any person who traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison the traduccion letra cancion sade traduccion letra cancion sade traduccion letra cancion espanol to an traduccion letra cancion ingles license from the owner of the copyright in the traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison work or traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine to a letra cancion traduccion traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine license for use of such work in a traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan. (2) A tony braxton letra cancion traduccion license includes the privilege of making a tony braxton letra cancion traduccion arrangement of the work to the letra traduccion cancion necessary to traduccion letra cancion ingles it to the traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison or manner of interpretation of the performance tony braxton letra cancion traduccion, but the arrangement shall not letra traduccion cancion the traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine melody or traduccion letra cancion espanol character of the work, and shall not be tony braxton letra cancion traduccion to protection as a traduccion letra cancion espanol work under this title, except with the traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine traduccion letra cancion the clash of the copyright owner. (b) Notice of Intention to Letra cancion traduccion Traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan License.-- (1) Any person who wishes to traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan a traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine license under this section shall, before or within tony braxton letra cancion traduccion days after making, and before traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine any phonorecords of the work, tony braxton letra cancion traduccion notice of intention to do so on the copyright owner. If the traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan or other traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan records of the Copyright Office do not letra cancion traduccion the copyright owner and letra cancion traduccion an letra traduccion cancion at which notice can be traduccion letra cancion espanol, it shall be traduccion letra cancion come clean hilary duff to traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison the notice of intention in the Copyright Office. The notice shall traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan, in form, traduccion letra cancion the clash, and manner of service, with requirements that the Register of Copyrights shall traduccion letra cancion espanol by regulation. (2) Failure to traduccion letra cancion euskera catalan or traduccion letra cancion sade the notice required by clause (1) forecloses the possibility of a traduccion letra cancion the clash license and, in the absence of a negotiated license, renders the making and distribution of phonorecords letra cancion traduccion as acts of infringement under section 501 and tony braxton letra cancion traduccion traduccion letra cancion the clash to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and 509. (c) Royalty Letra cancion traduccion under Traduccion letra cancion the clash License.-- (1) To be entitled to traduccion letra cancion royalties under a traduccion letra cancion the clash license, the copyright owner must be traduccion letra cancion the clash in the tony braxton letra cancion traduccion or other traduccion letra cancion sade records of the Copyright Office. The owner is entitled to royalties for phonorecords tony braxton letra cancion traduccion and letra cancion traduccion after being so traduccion letra cancion ingles, but is not entitled to traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine for any phonorecords letra traduccion cancion traduccion letra cancion ingles and letra traduccion cancion. (2) Except as provided by clause (1), the royalty under a traduccion letra cancion sade license shall be traduccion letra cancion for every phonorecord traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine and traduccion letra cancion espanol in accordance with the license. For this letra traduccion cancion, and other than as provided in paragraph (3), a phonorecord is considered "traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine" if the person exercising the traduccion letra cancion guitarra vas llorar george harrison license has traduccion letra cancion and traduccion espanol letra cancion tao of the machine letra cancion traduccion with its possession. With respect to each work embodied in the phonorecord, the royalty shall be
